Colt Conversion Unit allows you to replace the upper slide of your 1911/Government Model .45 and shoot inexpensive .22 Long Rifle ammo. Features the "floating chamber" which serves as a recoil booster, allowing the .22LR round to mimic the pressure of a .45 ACP to cycle and better simulate the feel of shooting full power ammo. The kit comes complete with all parts needed including: slide (complete with Accro sight, firing pin, extractor, etc), barrel, recoil spring, ejector, magazine, and #2 slide stop.
